for Plateful Perth 2024

It’s not often that we get to design, produce, and host our very own events, but when we do, we love the opportunity and excitement it brings. Our Executive Chef, Stephen Watson, envisioned a feast that feels like hosting a dinner party at home with friends, so that’s exactly what we created! The result was an abundant menu featuring the finest Western Australian produce.
