Nestled on Town Beach, Broome, overlooking Roebuck Bay the Jetty Dining event was the perfect edition to the 2021 Shinju Matsuri program. The evening comprised of a four-course tasting menu featuring dishes by Stephen Watson, alongside 3 ex MasterChef contestants Brendan Pang, Derek Lau & Jordan Bruno. Heyder & Shears were pleased to work under the direction of Project 3 to deliver the service, food & beverage components for the event.
