2023 Shore Leave Festival

East Wallaby Island, 60km off the coast of Geraldton, played host to the Abrolhols Long Table Lunch, an event by Project 3. Guests arrived by charter plane and ventured through the sandunes to join us at Turtle Bay for a lunch feast showcasing the best of the Mid-West produce; Western Rock Lobster, Abrolhos scallops, fresh pink snapper, king prawns & Abrolhos octopus served with bountiful fresh sides.

Our team worked under the guidance of Brendan Pratt, preparing and supporting him in the creation of his menu.
