Event Managers x 3
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events and delivering exceptional client experiences? Join Heyder & Shears, Western Australia’s leader in bespoke catering and event management for over 30 years.
As we embark on exciting growth plans for 2025, we’re building the ultimate event management team and looking for three talented Event Managers to join us. Whether it’s intimate fine dining, luxury weddings, large-scale corporate functions, or remote tourism festivals, our Event Managers are at the heart of what we do—showcasing the very best in WA food, beverage, and event management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–5 years’ experience in event management or hospitality.
- A passion for quality, creativity, and innovation.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for logistics.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage concept-to-execution of events.
- Oversee operations, logistics, and team preparation.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to craft extraordinary events.

Portfolio Areas: Weddings, Corporate, Luxury, Private, Large-Format Events, Venue Hire (WAM/WAMM), Remote Locations, and New Tenders.
